We're a senior European team — partners in Dublin and Stockholm — backed by an established engineering delivery network of around 1,100 people. The senior team here in Europe owns scoping, architecture, client relationships and oversight; the delivery network does the heavy build under that direction.

Short answer: your data is treated as if it never leaves the EU — and we structure every engagement that way.
Where possible, project data stays hosted in the EU (e.g. EU-region cloud) and our delivery team accesses it remotely under controlled, auditable conditions. Where data does need to move outside the EEA, it does so under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), with documented Transfer Impact Assessments. Each client engagement is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that names every sub-processor and the safeguards in place.

Our sweet spot is mid-sized organisations — roughly 50 to 1,000 people — large enough to need real engineering and AI capability, small enough that we can deliver something that actually matters rather than disappearing into a programme office.
